Venue Hire
We offer the perfect venue for any function - weddings, conferences, birthday parties, year-end functions, baby showers, prize-givings, matric farewells, leadership camps, seminars and breakaways.
With conferences, we offer a standard package which includes pens, paper, mineral water, mints, coffee & tea, white board and a white screen. Additional cost will be added to requirements i.e. PA system, projector & meals.
The following can be arranged by N4 Guest Lodge:

Decor - arrangements needs to be made 3 days before the function date. This arrangement is only for conferences, group meetings & interviews.

Full day - venue open on day of hire from 08:30 am to 11:45 pm. Conferences from 07:00 am.

Arrangements can be made for decor to be done before function, if no function on the date.
Venue hire includes the following:
Fully equipped kitchen - pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, gas stove, fridge & freezer.
Glasses - wine, juice, champagne & beer glasses.
Jet master & spit braai (guest to provide gas).
95 plastic chairs.
Tables - 9 square steel tables, 12 square wooden tables & 3 round wooden tables.
Wooden deck & rondawel.
Braai facilities & bar facilities (no bar on premises. Guest welcome to bring own refreshments).
Large swimming pool & gazebo.
Accommodation discount is given
when venue is booked.
