• N4 Guest Lodge or the owners does not accept any liability for loss/damage to any valuables or property belonging to guests or their visitors.  It is therefore the sole responsibility of all guests to make arrangements for adequate insurance coverage on all valuable items prior to arrival. 

• N4 Guest Lodge at all times reserves the full right of admission and accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may result from the legal and reasonable exercising of such rights.

• Entrance to this property is entirely at your own risk. The management and owners do not and will not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any claim arising out of the injury, death, theft, loss or fire or damage to property or yourself or any other occurrence and/or accident causing damages to  you or your property including that of a third party, when within the confines or on any part of this property. Vehicles left at owner’s own risk.

• Any guest or their visitors using the swimming pool and surrounding area are utilizing such facilities entirely at their own risk and that they are fully aware that there are no lifesaving facilities of any nature provided and therefore indemnify N4 Guest Lodge and the owners of this facility in full and shall have no claim of whatsoever nature against N4 Guest Lodge and the owners including any claim from any injury/ bodily harm/death and or/loss of property which could arise from the use of this facility.

• Parking is available free of charge for all guests.  Do not park in front or in the way of the electrical gate or cause any parking obstructions.  Do not leave any valuables inside your car while it is parked.  We cannot accept responsibility for the loss or theft of any such articles while your car is parked on our premises.  Parking is at own risk.

• Minors are the sole responsibility of the parents, guardian(s) or the person or persons in whose care they are whilst at N4 Guest Lodge or whilst using its facilities.  Youngsters must be under adult supervision at all times.

• N4 Guest Lodge, in recognition of Health, Safety and Environment concerns, is committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all its employees, visitors and contractors.  N4 Guest Lodge is a NON-SMOKING establishment and your co-operation in this regard will be appreciated.  Outside the units smoking is permitted and designated outside areas.  Smokers are invited not to smoke immediately outside the entrances or open windows.  Please use provided ashtrays and keep area cigarette free. A fine of R700.00 per room will be put on guest account if we become aware that smoking has occurred during the stay.

• Check-in time starts at 15h00, but every effort will be made to accommodate earlier (by prior arrangement).  The office closes at 19:00. Late arrival, please arrange it prior to check-in (2 days). The after-hour number is 076 989 0584. (NO GUEST WILL BE BOOKED IN DURING 19:00PM TO 7:00 AM WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENT)

• A deposit of 30% is required to secure a booking.

• Balance of accommodation for the full number of guests booked for, must be settled 2 days before arrival if EFT payment or on arrival via card or cash. No entrance to the lodge will be allowed if any payment is outstanding. No refunds on any cancellations. Late arrivals without prior arrangement (2 DAYS) will still be liable for full amount due for accommodation.

• Check-out is at 10:00am, later check-out is possible by prior arrangement only before arrival (2 DAYS).  If not prior arranged for every ½ hour another R300.00 will be billed to guests account for every guest in the group. Please leave the room keys at reception/drop box or as alternative arranged.  The cost for replacement of lost room keys or damaged locks is applicable and to be paid immediately in cash before departure.

• Guests will be kept liable for any damages that may have occurred during their stay (building & non-building items).

• The number of guests entering the property must comply with the number of guest on the reservation. Any person brought onto the property for any purpose without prior permission or knowledge of reception will be charged a rate equal to the single rate (rate at time of booking). No visitors allowed.

• Guests are expected to show consideration to our neighbours and fellow guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum.  It is not allowed to play music out of any vehicle, at units or stereo systems. Music only allowed at swimming pool area.  Bad behaviour and excessive noise are not tolerated; if it continues, guests will be requested to leave the premises immediately without any refund.  If you have a complaint, please notify us immediately.   Noise timeout is 22:00 during the week and 23:00 on weekends.  Such events/gatherings must be held at the swimming pool/venue area.

• Only numbers of guests allowed on premises that booking are made for. No extra guests allowed.

• If meals booked, no meals will be allowed to share.

• NO LITTERING.

• Luggage may be left for later collection by prior arrangement. AT OWN RISK.

• Each guest will receive the gate access code on arrival. If any guest by any change do not remember the code they can contact the office on sms/whatsapp/call on 076 989 0584 to be given the code. NO guests to give the code to other guests or persons in front of gate.

• Guests to provide own bath/swimming towels & iron. If a bath towel is required from N4 Guest Lodge a R300.00 refundable fee will be asked for each towel (in cash), if towel is returned in good condition on departure.

• Lodge NON SELFCATERING – NO COOKING FACILITIES in the units.  Communal kitchen at swimming pool area.

• Braai facilities at the units/swimming pool area – guests to provide all required (plates, knives, forks, wood ect)

• NO LADIES FROM TOWN. (HOOKERS)

By making a booking it confirms this indemnity form, the terms and conditions has been read by each guest and understood before entering the premises and that they are aware that the Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the Indemnity form. The person receiving this set of rules undertakes to bring the rules to the attention of all the members of his or her group.  This person also accepts responsibility for compliance with the rules by all members of his or her group.
